We start with an assessment to determine skill levels within your organisation, and how they relate to your learning goals. We’ll then customise a training programme that will focus on the areas identified.

Training will be delivered via workshops and virtual learning and, to ensure learning goals are achieved, the programme will conclude with a formal assessment to check knowledge and understanding.

We’ll always be there to help

Expert mentors will be available throughout the training process to provide ad hoc guidance. If required, they can also directly support programme participants to optimise the learning experience. Support can be provided on a one-to-one or group basis, and our mentors will be there to answer any questions participants may have and help them address any challenges to learning they face.
