Our People
Our process and our technology are enablers. They need people to make them work. And at Hitachi Solutions we employ people who know just how to make them work for you.
The best solutions come from the best people
Our people make us exceptional. They are the ones creating innovative solutions for our customers and driving our business forward. That’s why we hire the best people, and make sure each of our team has the tools they need to succeed.
Unique individuals sharing common goals
Although unique in their own way, there are certain characteristics shared by everyone you’ll come in contact with at Hitachi Solutions. And it’s about more than just expertise and experience.
Our people are able to see the bigger picture. They are open minded and collaborative, with a hands-on approach to solving your challenges. Importantly, they’ve real insight into what you need, and can provide exactly the right solutions.
We’re tech experts, but we don’t expect you to be.
From first contact to project completion and beyond, you will be working with experts with the vision, drive and focus to get the job done and deliver beyond expectations. With a unique combination of industry expertise and Microsoft product knowledge, they will apply a robust methodology that’s been proven in thousands of successful implementations worldwide.
What they won’t do is blind you with science. While a lot of what our people do is highly technical, all you need to know is that they are focused on transforming your organisation and helping you to implement your vision for success.
A Great Place to Work
We are proud to be recognised as a Great Place to Work® certified company. Creating and maintaining a culture that provides an advantageous experience for our employees is and will always be a high priority.
