Our Purpose

Each year we choose ‘Our Purpose’, an important theme embedded across the organisation. For 2023 we embark upon a Mental Health and Wellbeing journey supported by our new charity partner ‘Mind’ and are partnering with local Mental Health non-profits across UK, Portugal, Germany, Bulgaria and France.

Young Lives vs Cancer

Throughout 2022 we supported ‘Young Lives vs Cancer’, a UK based charity supporting people up to the age of 25 who have been affected by cancer. They provide 6 different types of support including day to day support, financial support, bereavement support, and free accommodation to families, an important resource helping loved ones stay together throughout vital treatment. Wellbeing

We are proud to have a wellbeing programme where we focus on different topics throughout the year. These include setting up the ideal workplace, taking breaks, visualisation, heart health, early diagnosis and much more.

We have a team of qualified Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) who are an initial point of contact for anyone experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress. This support can range from a listening ear through to supporting our people access the support they need. Our MHFAs help us to reduce the stigma associated with talking about Mental Health and open the lines of communication throughout the organisation.
