Over the past two years, the Hitachi Solutions Lifetime Services team have been on a transformational journey. As applications move to the cloud, companies require increased flexibility from their partners to meet their needs with a greater understanding of their operations to maximise their ROI from Microsoft’s Evergreen IT Solutions.

As a result, our service vision moved away from a reactive break-fix application support model to a more proactive customer-centric services organisation that solves wider business challenges. With our new Service Centre, we can do so much more for your business than a traditional managed services provider.

Survey Results

Each year we ask our customers to complete a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey. We are delighted to announce that our overall satisfaction score increased from a healthy 79% in 2020 to 84% in 2021.

This means on average our customers rated Hitachi Solutions as being ‘very satisfied' with the services they are receiving from us.

You can see the average scores received from our entire customer base from each of the questions we asked. We are proud to have seen our customer feedback increase in positivity across every area from 2020 to 2021.

Pandemic Impact

We also asked how supported our customers felt with our service during the pandemic. We’re pleased to report that 92% of our customers stated we had done our best to support and work with them during this time. Furthermore, 60% of our respondents said they now feel they know us better and have built great ‘virtual’ working relationships. It’s little surprise that only 15% of customers revealed they want to return to traditional face-to-face meetings and engagement, as before.
