The learning content will provide the change knowledge, skills, and behaviours to lead your business and people through the transformation, increasing readiness and adoption.

Change Academy

The Change Mgmt. Academy (CA) is a 5-day course that will work to build the right blend of knowledge, skills and behaviours for various change roles

The learning content will provide the knowledge, skills, behaviours, and key tools to use at each part of the change journey to manage the change process.
