Hitachi Solutions Named as Supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Technology Services 4 Framework
London, January 27, 2026: Hitachi Solutions has been named as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s (CCS) RM6190 Technology Services 4 framework, securing a place across all six Lots, including three sub-Lots. The appointment enables UK public sector organisations to procure Hitachi Solutions’ technology, digital and transformation services through a compliant and flexible route to market.
The lots Hitachi Solutions is named on include:
- Lot 1: Technology and Digital Consultancy Services
- Lot 2: Technology Service Transition and SIAM
- Lot 3: End User Services
- Lot 3a: End User Services (lower value and complexity)
- Lot 4: Infrastructure Management
- Lot 4a: Infrastructure Management (lower value and complexity)
- Lot 5: Application and Data Management
- Lot 5a: Application and Data Management (lower value and complexity)
- Lot 6: Major Technology Services Transformation Programmes
Technology Services 4 is a major UK government framework, let under the Procurement Act 2023, supporting public sector organisations in the procurement of technology and digital services. The framework spans consultancy, service integration and management (SIAM), end-user services, infrastructure management, application and data management, and large-scale technology transformation programmes.
The award further strengthens Hitachi Solutions’ position in the UK public sector and builds on two additional, strategically significant framework successes in the second half of 2025. In July 2025, Hitachi Solutions was awarded a place on Lot 3 (Complex and Transformational) of Crown Commercial Service’s Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4), providing a route to market for high-value, advisory-led and transformation-focused engagements. The company was also named on Crown Commercial Service’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) Dynamic Purchasing System (RM6200), enabling public sector organisations to access AI services, software, and solutions via compliant mini-competitions.
Together, the three frameworks provide public sector customers with multiple complementary procurement routes to engage Hitachi Solutions across technology delivery, complex transformation, and the responsible application of artificial intelligence.
Jamie Watson, Commercial Director – Government for Hitachi Solutions says, “Our appointment to CCS’s Technology Services 4 Framework across all lots is a strategically important milestone for the business. It strengthens our ability to support government organisations with high-quality, human-centric digital services, enabling better outcomes, reduced waste and greater value for the public purse. We’re delighted to be part of this framework and look forward to continuing our partnership with the UK government and its associated bodies.”
Crown Commercial Service supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services. In 2024/25, CCS helped the public sector to achieve commercial benefits equal to £5.3 billion – supporting world-class public services that offer best value for taxpayers.
