Business Applications – Advise and Adopt

Ensure safe and stress-free updates of new Microsoft Dynamics 365 functionality and features with our Advise and Adopt service.

What is Advise and Adopt ?

We know that not all businesses using Dynamics 365 have the time or expertise to keep up with mandatory Microsoft One Version updates. Some may also need help understanding where newly introduced functionality can help add business value.

Advise and Adopt enables these businesses to upgrade Dynamics 365 safely and without disruption to business operations. The service delivered is end to end – from reviewing new features and advising on their operation, to support in testing, bug fixing and the implementation of new functionality into the production environment.

Make informed decisions with our webinars

Coinciding with release waves to Microsoft Dynamics 365, we run webinars in April and October to ensure users are aware of new products, features and functionality.

Also available as podcasts, these webinars enable our customers to make informed decisions when it comes to planning further investment in software solutions, as well as how best to take advantage of the latest enhancements in the Dynamics 365 suite of products.

Roundtables, roadmaps and reviews

Our Adopt and Advise service also includes business roundtables, which are two-day workshops tailored to your specific requirements and the new features and functionality most relevant to your business.

For a more detailed engagement, our customers can undertake a full Microsoft roadmap and solution review. Over five weeks, this will look closely at your solutions, key business objectives and how they align with Microsoft’s roadmap. Following this process, we’ll present back with the changes which need to be made and complete an adoption and readiness assessment.

Make your updates effortless

Our technical experts ensure our customers are running the latest version of Dynamics 365, in line with Microsoft’s release waves. They’ll take new features and functions from first release right through to your production environment – resolving problems and providing support with testing and validation, until the release is fully embedded and used within your business.
