Microsoft ‘Women Role Models’ Award

Women Role Models, created by Microsoft, is in its 4th edition and enables its partners to encourage diversity and the recruitment of women in Tech and Digital careers. This initiative celebrates inspiring journeys by naming 4 Women Role Models within the Microsoft Partners ecosystem at the Microsoft Inspire event in July.

The categories are:

Role Model Tech: For women who contribute to the inclusion of women in Tech and Scientific fields, proving that women belong in these areas.

Role Model Allies: For individuals who actively participate in the inclusion of women in Tech companies.

Role Model Leadership: For women who inspire their teams daily through their vision, values, and ambition.

Role Model Young Talent: For young women with less than 5 years of experience, whose energy and determination will take them far in the Tech world.

The “Role Model Allies” category is open to men for the second consecutive year, to promote the inclusion of women in the tech world. The final selection of the 4 Women Role Models was determined at the end of May by a jury composed of members of the Partners Division, the Management Committee, and the Executive Committee of Microsoft France, as well as the 4 Women Role Models of 2023. The winners are also featured through video portraits.
