Chief Executive Officer and President
Roger Lvin is Chief Executive Officer and President of Hitachi Solutions, leading the organisation in leveraging technology to bridge the physical and digital worlds and help enterprises operate smarter, adapt faster, and drive more sustainable outcomes. At Hitachi Solutions, he is building on the company’s deep Microsoft expertise, helping clients maximise value across the Microsoft ecosystem spanning cloud, data, and business applications. He previously served as the founding CEO of Hitachi Digital Services, where he established the business and led its strategy, growth, and market positioning as a leader in digital transformation and IT–OT convergence. A proven transformation leader with 20+ years of experience, Roger has built high-performing global teams and driven large-scale growth. He brings deep P&L expertise and a track record of turning technology investments into measurable business outcomes. Before Hitachi, Roger held senior leadership roles at Cognizant, including leading Digital Operations and scaling it into a multi-billion-dollar business. A recognised voice in digital transformation, he advises global enterprises on turning technology into competitive advantage and durable growth. Roger holds degrees in computer science and history from Brandeis University.
