Hitachi Solutions attracted me with its unique Cross Train Programme, which is aimed at people with experience in other ERP systems.
With my previous experience in financial accounting and implementation of ERP systems, the Cross Train Programme allowed me to expand my knowledge and helped me to understand Microsoft Dynamics 365.
The Programme was held via Microsoft Teams from November 2021 to January 2022, with participants from Germany and Bulgaria. It consisted of multiple full-day workshops with the opportunity to participate in ongoing projects between sessions. This allowed us to get more acquainted with the system. The programme covers product and business processes based on the core fundamentals of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for both Financial and Supply Chain modules. For example, Commerce and Logistics, Procurement and Financial Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Additional topics were; Financial Reporting and Workflow Management and Commerce Call Centre Management in Microsoft Dynamics 365, which were all detailed, discussed and practised.
I believe that by learning to work with Microsoft technologies, you are investing in strong products. This is particularly true of Microsoft Dynamics 365, so I am very thrilled that Hitachi Solutions gave me this opportunity.
I joined Hitachi Solutions Bulgaria in September 2021, as a Functional Consultant in Dynamics 365. I have studied at the Humboldt University in Berlin and then worked for Deloitte Germany as Finance Consultant for 2 years. During the time spent in Germany and working for Deloitte, I gained a lot of technical experience working with ERP Systems, which I would like to expand with Microsoft technologies.
