More Success for Hitachi Solutions on Crown Commercial Service Frameworks

Hitachi Solutions > Blog > 2019 > 10 > More Success for Hitachi Solutions on Crown Commercial Service Frameworks

We’re delighted to announced that Hitachi Solutions Europe have been awarded a place on the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Digital Outcomes and Specialists (DOS4) framework.

The DOS4 framework is one of the key procurement routes to supply the Public Sector and is focused on the supply of teams and individuals to support the digital transformation of public sector services.  The benefits of DOS4 from the public sector viewpoint are that;

  • It is a flexible and speedy route to meet customers’ digital project commissioning requirements and
  • It suits short delivery sprints as well as the agile methodology

We have been selected because we have demonstrated successful experience of transforming the public sector through digitisation of off-line services into online.  Hitachi Solutions is now able to supply public sector through a wide range of pre-procured frameworks, which speeds and simplifies procurement.

In addition to DOS4, Hitachi Solutions is able to provide its complete range of services through our other complementary framework awards, these include;

  • G-Cloud 11 which is the primary Public Sector procurement route for any product related Cloud Based solution and our entries cover all Dynamics 365 modules as well as PowerBI including;
    • Finance & Operations
    • Customer Service
    • Field Service
    • Sales
    • Talent
    • Marketing and
    • PowerBI
  • RM3821 which is the primary Public Sector procurement route for large-scale or full enterprise projects including complete transformation of front or back office services as well as enterprise Business Intelligence.

This DOS4 award builds on our previous DOS awards dating back to 2017.  Procurement started in early 2019 and the DOS4 framework is available for customers to order from 2nd October 2019.
