On the 10th June 2019, 4,500 members of the Microsoft community came together at the Microsoft Business Applications Summit (MBAS) in Atlanta. MBAS is a fantastic event for the whole community including the makers, thinkers and developers to connect in person, while also a chance for customers and partners alike to showcase some of the great work they’re doing worldwide through keynotes and panel sessions.
Microsoft also shared some important news during the week of the MBAS.
Firstly, a look at the new 2019 release wave 2 plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. These features are due to go live on October 1st, 2019 and secondly announcing important Power Platform advancements.
James Phillips, Corporate Vice President of Business Applications Group for Microsoft blogged the following:

With 2019 release wave 2 plan, AI Builder, updated AI capabilities, and a new look for Power BI, PowerApps Portals, and enhancements for Microsoft Flow all coming this year, it’s the perfect time to be joining the Dynamics 365 community.
