I am delighted that Hitachi Solutions has just been awarded Microsoft’s coveted Dynamics 365 for Field Service award, in recognition for our work across the globe with companies that have large field service workforces.

Hitachi Solutions was honoured among a global field of top Microsoft partners for demonstrating excellence in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Field Service.  Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards were presented in several categories, with winners chosen from more than 2,900 entrants from 115 countries.

Over the last twelve months, Hitachi Solutions has worked to build innovative solutions for manufacturing and service providers with large and disparate field service teams.  Helping them to improve mobile access for field engineers, automating processes and providing an accurate install base for insight to customer assets and history.
