Hitachi Solutions Europe Ltd. announces today the acquisition of German retail Microsoft Dynamics 365 specialist Implexis GmbH.

As part of Hitachi Solutions’ plan for strategic expansion in Europe, this procurement is an exciting next step, and will generate a substantial new market for the Hitachi Solutions group, particularly in the retail sector. Hitachi Solutions and Implexis are delighted with the fit of the two businesses — both being high achieving, client orientated and focused on Microsoft’s full suite of products and technologies.

The German enterprise was founded in 1993 and has 250 staff across five locations in Germany. With over 950 successfully completed projects mainly in the retail sector, it has an exciting and expanding customer portfolio. Steven French, Chief Executive Officer of Hitachi Solutions Europe, comments: “The acquisition of Implexis into the Hitachi Solutions family is an exciting moment for us.
