An established and well-loved brand, Dr. Martens has grown over many years to become a global lifestyle footwear brand with sales to 63 countries across the Americas, EMEA and Asia. Like many established businesses, they now have a plethora of old IT systems and processes, which have served them well, but cannot support their ambitious growth plans.
Following an extensive selection process they chose Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Retail and Operations with Modern POS (mPOS) as the technology solution and Hitachi Solutions as their global transformation and implementation partner.

Providing an enterprise wide integrated solution for Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehousing and Retail creating efficiencies across the business and enabling new stores to be added to the portfolio quickly and easily.
